THE JOURNAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES is a biannual publication of the Centro Universitário La Salle. It publishes scientific articles of its faculty and students, as well as of other authors, from Brazil and also from other countries. It publishes research reports, theoretical studies, and literature critical reviews.

Papers submitted to the journal will be analyzed by the Editorial Board or referees, according to their areas of specialization and will be evaluated according to the publication norms. 

The content of the articles, as well as the accuracy of the bibliographical references, are entire responsibility of the authors and the opinions therein do not necessarily express the opinion of the Editorial Committee.

The articles, or their translation into another language, may not be reproduced in other publications without the previous authorization of the Editorial Board.
